Romans 1:18-25 Kingdom People and Christian Character – A New Place. Forgetting who they were, because of whose they were, is the continual problem for Israel and for us. We need to recognize that we’re living in a new place.
Act Three – Turning, Tears, and Faithful Patience
Jonah 3-4 – Act Three – Turning, Tears, and Faithful Patience. Jonah calls Nineva to turn to God. They cry tears of mourning. Then Jonah goes to watch the fireworks. God teaches us about his faithful patience.
Act Two – Swallowed Up and Spit Out
Jonah has a death wish. He would rather die than be obedient. Between being swallowed up and spit out, Jonah prays a prayer of desperation, just like we do.
